What is mParivahan App?
The mParivahan app is developed by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) under the Government of India.
It provides access to vehicle and driving license data stored in the national transport database.

The mParivahan App has three language options available – Hindi, English and Marathi . Users can choose the language as per their convenience.

How to download mParivahan app?
- Open the Google Play Store
- Type mParivahan App in the search bar .
- mParivahan Mobile Application Install Now
- After installation , click on the Open button.
How to use mParivahan app?
After downloading the mParivahan App:
- Open the app and click on Create Account .
- Fill in the required details (as per RC or DL)
- Verify mobile number through OTP
- Now your mParivahan account is ready.
How to add Virtual RC?
- Click on My Virtual RC
- Enter the vehicle number, last 5 digits of the chassis number and last 5 digits of the engine number
- Click on Add My Vehicle.
- After verifying the OTP , the Virtual RC will be saved.
- Virtual RC can be viewed with QR Code
How to add Virtual DL?
- Go to the Home Page and click on My Virtual DL .
- Enter Driving License Number and Date of Birth.
- Click Submit.
- Now your DL will be available in virtual form.
